I have just finished fitting 7 windows and a composite front door to my bungalow. All these were supplied by Dunsterhouse. The delivery was on time and very efficient. The windows and doors were as ordered and seem to be of excellent quality. There were a couple of small items missing but a quick mail to Dunster house soon sorted this and they were promptly delivered. I had a few problems fitting the door and windows but these were all due to my inexperience and i had really excellent support from Amelia and Louise in customer support. They were both excellent and helped me with my problems which they sorted for me. I cannot praise them enough. I would certainly recommend Dunster house to anybody.

I was very satisfied with my windows order from start to finish. Martin took my order, a very helpful gentleman who was extremely clear and helpful while processing and confirming my order. I very quickly received a despatch call when my windows were ready, well within the lead time, which mattered to me as I had an installers date lined up. The drivers delivered on time, well within the lead time and we're friendly and helpful. The windows are spot on, really well made and installed without any manufacturers issues. Great, great value. I'm really pleased with the quality of them. I would thoroughly recommend purchasing supply only windows from Dunster House. Found Dunster House via Google, looking for a custom-sized garage window for a client. Easy to use design tools on site. Lots of options clearly laid out. Price seemed fair.
Manufactured within the time quoted. Good communication. Delivered in their on vehicle. All exactly to spec and fitted perfectly.
I suspect that with delivery being comparatively high for a single window, that I may have been able to source locally for less, but to be honest It's so easy to do it this way that I wouldn't even bother looking. Not worth the time running around getting quotes.

I ordered a residential door using the Dunster web site. I really like the on line design tool which takes you through the door design and options in an easy step by step process. The directory structure makes the process easy and offers a graphical representation of the door once complete. The communication regarding my order and delivery was excellent. The installation kit is a good idea and represents great value as does the door itself. A more timely response to general emailed queries and product specific as opposed to generic instructions for all products would embellish the overall experience from a customer perspective. Overall an excellent service and product and generally impressive.
The window I purchased arrived quickly in perfect new condition and is very good quality. I will defiantly be buying more from this company as needed for my personal and business requirements.

Easy to use website. Transferred a few times when phoning the office for a delivery date as staff had passed on incorrect details which made me feel slightly uneasy that my order would arrive correct. Need not have worried, able to map track driver on delivery day which was really useful and order arrived in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Just had window fitted in kitchen, looks fabulous really good quality
Would have given 5, but could not pay online (timed out)! This was rescued by staff recognising my failed attempts, phoning me, and placing the order via phone. Also the enclosed instructions could be much improved - I used frame fixings instead of the sleeve bolts recommended. But the product is great, as is the delivery tracking system, and the driver very professional.

I ordered a farmhouse style composite door in rosewood with a low aluminium threshold. I placed the order on 29 April and it was built and delivered to my size and specifications on 17 May. The delivery date was arranged with me. It was well wrapped and in perfect condition. I've since had it fitted as a garage side door and it's good. Price was in line with other websites.

Just fitted the five windows supplied by Dunster House. All as expected and the windows look great.
No job too small - I've ordered only one small window and found the team at Dunster House very helpful. From the advice they offered when taking measurements to the delivery when their courier had to wait for someone to come back home and sign it off.
Also the window seems to be of a good quality and came at very competitive price.

I have used the company over the years and have only good things to say. The product quality is great and the customer experience is good. In this instance, I needed to amend the window measurements after I made the order. This all went through ok, however when the window arrived, I found that it was made to my original requirements and this caused a slight problem with the fitting. However, all problems were overcome. I thought I'd let Dunster House know about the mistake so that they could investigate and find out what went wrong. This they did, very promptly and offered me assistance. So, although there were problems, I am very pleased with how the company dealt with everything and will be using them again in the future.

Have used Dunster House for windows (Not doors). Quality is good enough, and meets building regs (C rating). Very cheap versus the double glazing company quotations I received (£1,800 versus £10,000). However, I only went down this DIY route as they were being fitted to a new single storey extension - No old windows to remove, safe as at ground level, and I know what I'm doing.

Dunster House made ordering some bespoke UPVC windows extremely easy, and their communication was great throughout the process. The windows are top quality and arrived in immaculate condition. The only slight (tiny) criticism I would have is the delivery schedule - our first windows arrived at around 8pm because the driver had some issues throughout the day, which perhaps could've been avoided.

I wish I'd found these guys years ago. I was able to order a custom sized double glazed window for our kitchen. It couldn't have been easier to fit myself and the finished window looks superb.
Easy to order and configure the window. Arrived as stated however would be a better service if this league time was a little quicker. Nevertheless would recommend and will be using again.

I wanted a door and looked at various sites and found dunster house was the easiest to order. The sizes I needed were not common so I put my own sizes and details after choosing my door, I then had no structural work to do, the doors are well made and I had no adjustments to make. I was kept well informed on delivery.

Bought a new window and door for our garage back in the summer. The whole process was faultless, from ordering to delivery. End caps were missing for the window cill but were sent out as soon as they were informed. Customer service is excellent and it's on occasions like this when you find out how good or bad a company really is - some take your money and aren't really interested after that, but not this place. Very good upvc WINDOWS, delivery was spot on, the only down side to these WINDOWs were was the beading that holds the glass in, not the norm, and once in are very difficult to get out without damaging them. All in all very good WINDOWS, only time will tell if they can stand up to the very hatch British weather.

Be carfull when ordering openings for fire escape the measurement should use min 450 h AND 450 w not OR. They were not over helpful at all when I needed two replacements and had to get them elsewhere.

Needed a new window to match existing and DH came up with the goods! Unit was very well made and measurements spot on. You can feel the quality in the upvc and handles etc. My only criticism is that the cill end caps didn’t fit without modification but other than that I would definitely purchase more.

Well priced, quick delivery and all in good order with nothing missing. 3 tubes of silicone for all this was a bit skinny though, had to go and get 3 more plus the acrylic sealant for indoors which is not offered as part of the installation pack. SDS drill bit would also have helped. All in all a good buy but would think twice about the installation kit next time.

I felt that I had to write to you personally regarding one of your sales team a Mr Martin Fahey. I am a returning customer who has dealt with Dunster House since 2012 and as a result I had purchased new windows and doors for my entire house and fitted them myself. I had one more project to do to complete this and this being to enclose my front porch, this was not an easy project as the sizing was awkward to say the least. I had contacted Martin way back in June with initial enquiries and determined what I required. I told Martin at the time that I did not want to start the project then, but would do so in September, I was not pressured at all to purchase at the time and his words were " not a problem".
On the 2nd September I realised that the dimensions that I required did not meet with your standard production sizing. I contacted Martin by email and this began a series of emails backwards and forwards, during this Martin was very helpful and patient and there was also some humour added during this time. The end result was that Martin fixed the problems for me and left me feeling confident and assured.
What I have been given here is "good old fashioned" customer service, you do not get this these days, you have a job to get much attention from anyone at all. I think that Martin is not only a credit to you, but a credit and excellent advertisement to Dunster House. I personally believe that he should be given some sort of recognition for customer service, but I leave that to you. I would take the opportunity of thanking you both, Martin and Dunster House for supplying me with both excellent customer service and high quality goods.
