Our slimline patio door is the perfect compliment to our window and door range. Attractive, yet secure with it's 4 hookbolts, simple to operate and less complex to install thanks to it's 70mm outer frame meaning that in most cases the plaster in your home won't need cutting back.

SPECIFICATION:

Compliant with Document 'L' (Part 'L') of Building Regulations

- Slimline 70mm outer frame for easier and quicker installation.

- Internally glazed.

- Hookbolt locking (4 hooks).

- Interlocks to protect the non-locking side.

- Galvanised steel reinforced frame.

- NEW 28mm BS6206 toughened double glazed units, manufactured to BS5713 and new EN1279-2. Fabricated including Planibel 'A' Low Emissivity (Low 'E') glass (unless not required) for greater thermal efficiency and to comply with Document 'L' - Low Emissivity glass allows heat from the sun into your home but reflects from internal sources, such as radiators, back into your house. (Double glazing's good, Low 'E' glass makes it even better, reduces heat loss so it costs less to keep toasty warm).

- Adjustable bogey wheels (for levelling the sliding sash).
