Composite Doors: Lever / Pad

A Lever/Pad is a popular option on a front door. It locks like an old "Yale" latch when the door is closed so that a key is required to gain entry, but the handle can be used from inside. To lock the door fully you pull the Pad/Handle up inside or out & turn the key. It means when you go out there is always some security as a stranger can't simply push down the handle & gain entry if you've forgotten to lock the door.
